NOVOLUBX neat cutting oils provide the best cooling properties, rust preventive properties and lubrication to the metalworking. Ideal for light machining to heavy duty operations such as hobbing, cutting, grinding, honing, turning & drilling operations.
NOVOLUBX Neat Cutting Oils are highly compatible with hydraulic oils and in a number of machines can be used as Power Pack for Hydraulics as well as for Hobbing or cutting operations. This allows total miscibility of the product between hydraulics and cutting fluid. Neat cutting oils as opposed to soluble or synthetic cutting fluids provide high levels of lubrication to help reduce frictional heat as the cutting tool penetrates the metal or rubs against the swarf. Neat oils also save energy by reducing cutting forces.

NOVOLUBX LUBES SOLUBLE OIL - Emulsifiable Metalworking Fluid
Product Description
Soluble Oil is a chlorine-free, water miscible metalworking fluid designed to emulsify easily and form a long-lasting stable emulsion when mixed with water. It provides excellent cooling and lubricity for lightus metals, resulting in extended tool life and good surface finishes on the machined parts. It has been specially formulated to provide enhanced rust protection and greater emulsion stability when used with water qualities of varying hardness.
Soluble Oil is fortified with special emulsifiers to form a stable, milky emulsion when mixed with water. The high specific heat of water and the excellent metal wetting ability of the emulsion provide excellent cooling and lubricity for most machining operations that require soluble oil. This promotes longer tool life by dissipating heat and reducing friction between the cutting tool and the work piece. Its improved emulsion stability allows extended time
between sump clean outs. Its enhanced rust protection helps protect the cutting tool and the parts being machined.
Soluble Oil has very low foaming tendency, which allows its use in high-speed machining and grinding operations. It
also provides a high level of rejection of tramp oil contamination to facilitate skimming and removal of tramp oils
from sumps and reservoirs. It does not contain any chlorinated compounds, making disposal of the used fluid easier.

NOVOLUBX SYNTHETIC INDUSTRIAL GEAR OIL Series is a line of exceptional performance, synthetic industrial gear oils designed to provide outstanding protection of gears and bearings, extended oil life even under extreme conditions, helping to enable problem-free operation of equipment and increased customer productivity. These scientifically engineered synthetic lubricants are formulated from synthetic base fluids that have exceptional oxidation and thermal properties and excellent low temperature fluidity. The high viscosity index of these oils deliver less change in viscosity with changes in temperature, enabling wider operating temperature range and improved low temperature startup. NovoLubX Gear Series lubricants contain an advanced proprietary additive system designed to provide excellent protection against conventional wear modes such as scuffing as well as a high level of resistance against micro pitting fatigue. In addition, compared to conventional gear oil chemistries, it offers the potential for improved lubrication of gearbox rolling element bearings. NovoLubx Gear Series products offer outstanding rust and corrosion protection relative to conventional gear oils, even in the presence of seawater contamination.
